I offer functional health courses, autism coaching services, and telehealth consultations (AZ, CO, FL, NM, OR, WA and UT) tailored for children/young adults with Autism. Including treatment protocols with Leucovorin and Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN). As well as protocols for co-occuring conditions PANS/PANDAS, OCD, ADHD, MCAS,EBV, EDS, and ARFID.

Do you take insurance?

Functional Autism is a "cash pay" model of care. Nurse Practitioner April Lam, DNP-C, FNP-C does not contract with any insurance companies however depending on your insurance plan you may be able to use your insurance for medications, labs or imaging.

Cash pay options with transparent pricing are always available and often times much more affordable than co-pays/coinsurance costs.

FSA/HSA IS ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT
