Frequently asked questions

What makes Functional Autism different from traditional providers?

We look at the whole child—gut health, mitochondria, detox, immune balance, neurotransmitter support and environment.

  • We educate and empower parents as partners in the care process.

  • You leave each visit with clear next steps instead of more confusion or referrals.

  • More time and attention at each visit without rushed appointments.

  • Your child sees the provider in the comfort of your own home via telehealth without having the stress of navigating an unfamiliar environment.

Do you take insurance?

No, Functional Autism is an affordable cash-pay practice, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide longer visits, personalized care, and a holistic approach that insurance companies typically do not cover. Patients may still utilize their insurance for medications, labs, and imaging depending on their plan. HSA/FSH accepted for payment as well.

How much does it cost?

Visits range from $199.00 (for new intake) to $99.00 for follow up visits. For a limited time NEW INTAKE visits are only $99.00
